Jeep I was pointing out that my current price was lowered to reflect current market conditions, prior to the real estate deflation lots on Lake Gogebic were routinely selling for $1,000.00 per foot of lake frontage and higher.

227' of frontage x $1,000.00 per foot = $227,000.00 plus I have $4,000.00 of improvements already paid out of pocket for the driveway and clearing a building area, I was previously asking $230,000.00 now lowered by over $30,000.00

Still a nice looking lot but a tough sale in these times. Our lake frontage dropped from 1200 per foot to 650-750.
