i've never been north of dunbar but my favorite is south of crivitz running along the peshtigo river

I love riding the moosjaw then up to the Bridge over to Black Mountain then down and around Indian River maybe further down to kalkaska (if thats where were staying) The Blue Bear and the Jordan Valley (awsome)

anywhere atvs arent allowed... otherwise Forest, Florence and Northern Marinette Counties (Wisconsin). Lots of forest roads and very few high traffic areas. Also have really enjoyed Shawano and Eastern Marathon Counties over the past few years when theyve had snow, top notch grooming for the most part and they groom very wide on the farm fields, making them smoother, longer

In order: Togwotee/Lava Mtn.. Cooke City, Montana. Hillsport/Manitowadge, Ontario. Wawa, Ontario. Canadian Badlands, 1/2 way Haven, Ont. Elliot Lake, Ont. Mass city area,UP. Grand Marais, MI. Power lines North of Harbor Springs, Mi.; Irons, Michigan. Hornpayne, Ont. Trout lake, Mi. Drummond Island, Kingston Plains and on and on.

Rockland/Mass City/ Greenland area is my favorite, but don't mind riding around home in Marinette County when there's snow.

Northern Ontario!!

I agree with Northern Ontario. My favorite time up there was traveling the Missinaibi River up to Moosonee/Moose Factory. Polarisrider1 is right about Hillsport, Wawa, and Halfway Haven. Powerlines from Wawa and Halfway Haven are awesome. I think gas was $8/gal 2 yrs ago when I filled up but well worth it. Better than walking those hills. UP,WI,ND, and WY are all fun

I forgot to mention Hillsport to Manatouwadge to Marathon then to White River Ontario all on Power lines. about 250 continous miles of boondocking, technical riding and very steep, steep hills and deep powder on thousands of frozen lakes all to yourself. I just gave up my Number 1 favorite location. In a weeks riding (I like to run it up and then back) you see maybe a half dozen other sleds. Top of Superior Rocks!!

phil4snow, Halfway Haven to Chaplau is on my to do list. I have done it to Wawa many times starting at Searchmont. Moose factory is also on my to do list.

My favorite trail ride is from crystal falls to copper harbor and back in 1 day, but one of these day, I want to hook up with Cuzz, and find some deep powder, and do some mountain riding. JT

08 apex ltx got that right. Love that area. john at the hilltop cabins in grand marais always fun to ride with

East Jordan in the lower penninsula. The valley is absolutely beautiful. U.P. is still my fav.

Coming in at a close second is Squamish, BC......I have been fortunate to ride British Columbia a couple of times, Simply Amazing. If anyone ever has a chance to Visit Vancouver, BC and surrounding areas it is a must do!
