I live near the twin cities and it seems like the wind blows 20+ mph everyday. I was just wondering if this is a little different than normal, it sure seems like it.

I have not seen the data, so I cannot say if you have really seen the winds blow 20 mph+ every day, but if it did, then that would be a little unusual.

I will say that this spring has been unusually active with storms and they tend to generate more wind than quiet weather, so perhaps that has something to do with the unusual amount of wind you have seen.

The wind doesn't blow everyday like that, but it sure seems to be windier than normal, thanks for the response.

I agree with you snow rider and also thought about asking good old John Dee.... I live just north of the twin cites. O and by the way I have had enough of summer already…..2 days above 90….bring on fall (not winter juuuuust yet).
