john just wondering have u ever been or thought about going to the snomobile show down here in novi michigan? u should u could set up your own bouth. let the people meet u. tell them about snowmobiling where u live and where u have been. u could take the wife and the baby. u guys could make a weekend out of it. u also could see how bad the traffic is down here. lollol maybe even hit the casino down in the heart of the Detroit. just make sure u watch your wallet just kidding. i know i cant wait to go. i was going to go tonight but i had to work. well i hope it snows soon and u have a good one.

I have been to the Milwaukee show a few years back and enjoyed it. I hear lots of good things about the Novi show, but not sure it would be worth the cost to me to set up a booth. I would love to meet and greet everyone, but I would imagine they charge a pretty good price to rent space at one of those shows and with no way to re-coop the costs it would not be wise.

Novi is probably around a 10-12 hour drive, so that makes it difficult as well, especially when I have to work Sundays.

Perhaps someday I will get there. I have always wanted to go to Haydays too.

John I am sure that the UP visitor bureau would be happy to have you. Maybe they would have people stop and talk with them and not just take the map

Skeeter 2010, that is a great suggestion! That would be brilliant of the UP vendors! They could all share the cost of hotel for John and the family (although, I know there would be lots of JD followers down here that would open their homes to the family, too!). They would make up for it in tourism dollars big time! Sure hope one of those UP vendors reads this! JD would be a BIG draw!
