With the fairly cold winters the last two seasons, a lot of the storms occurred in the "south" (southern Wisconsin, Iowa). If we have a warm winter as predicted, I'm hoping that means that the storm line will move north (Northern Minnesota, Extreme Northern Wisconsin, U.P.). Any cause for optimism?

If this counts as a "forecast" question, then skip it ; )

It sort of straddles the line!
