By vmax1994 on Monday, November 16, 2009 - 01:23 pm: Edit Post With the fairly cold winters the last two seasons, a lot of the storms occurred in the "south" (southern Wisconsin, Iowa). If we have a warm winter as predicted, I'm hoping that means that the storm line will move north (Northern Minnesota, Extreme Northern Wisconsin, U.P.). Any cause for optimism?
