They will groom as long as there is good snow. Typically that's the end of March, but they have groomed into April before.

Dane and Mark are correct. Trails open up December 1st and the DNR will re-imburse local grooming operators through March 31- conditions permitting.
A few years ago they even groomed into the first week of April, but that was a special case and should not be expected every year we have decent snow into April.
