I live in Central lower Michigan, Isabella county to be exact, we have had an above average winter around here and i was wondering where i would be able to find out how much snow has fallen where i live this winter,

My best advice would be to hunt through your local NWS Forecast Office's website. Looks like your local office is out of Grand Rapids.
