I am a ham radio operator and will be starting storm watcher and emergency communications courses shortly. My question is if you can suggest any text I can use as a sort of pre-course for severe weather recognition.
My wife and I love your site and always look forward to our yearly snowmobile trip to the U.P.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have.

You might want to try and contact the Coordinator at your Local NWS Office to see if they have something or know of something to help you out. I am sure that once you start the courses you will also be given some good materials.
