has there been a ever been a summer where it was not reached 90 at least once looks like it could happen this year but i just know there will be a dramtic change in weather come fall not even meaning it will be warm just becuase summer wasnt very warm just very cold and snowy or very warm and rain. what do you think

I am going to assume you are talking about not reaching 90 degrees at the Houghton County Airport. If so, then yes, there have been several years in which it never reached 90 degrees. The latest being 2004 and I know it also happened in 1994. There may have even been years in between them in which it occurred.
Your guess would be as good as mine as to what this autumn will bring.

What a spoiled year we have had in Milwaukee if you love the snow, way above average precip, and cooler temps than accustomed to.

My wife os from Gdansk, Poland. She swears it's never hit 90 there.
