I ordered an Evolution Helmet and Sinister Goggles 2 weeks ago. The site said the expected ship date was Oct 12. That didn't happen. My card was debited the amount for the purchase the night I made it. I have sent a a message via the web site last week and have heard nothing back.
Does anyone know any contact information for 509?

I bought some stuff from 509 earlier this year and was fairly disappointed. I had to return the sweatshirt (really cheap material) because it was too short and it took 4 weeks to get my credit card credited. After 5+ emails it finally happened. I don't know if the guy was too busy to answer emails, but it was a little sketchy

ya Tom Very Busy guy has alot new stuff coming out and he is doing all the snow shows right now..
I bought a Hoodie at haydays from Tom and if I didn't get to try it on I would been very disappointed as they run small!!BUT I like the hoodies nice and thick ,Warm too.
