This series is from a trip to the Keweenaw in January 1996 (the last big snow year up here) Riding in 15" of fresh snow on the trail from Ontonagon to Geenland. |

That trip featured digouts almost every 30 minutes. Sometimes even on the DNR trails. 56" fell in 5 days. |

Taken at one one of the few moments it was not snowing during our stay that trip. The depth of snow on the level was about 5-6 feet at this creek near Calumet.. |
