Whats it worth? - 04 Chevy

Got an 04' 1/2 ton Chevy sitting in my driveway collecting leaves. Only 40,000 miles. Short bed work truck. Striped, no air, rubber floors, crank windows, 5 speed, 2 wheel drive, reg cab, I mean striped!! Just looking for opinions on what you guy's think I could get for this thing. It is in perfect mechanical condition, with just a few minor dings and scratches. No rust except the wheels from sitting. I hate to sell it but I just don't use it anymore. Got a company van now and have no need for it. Blue book is right around 7 grand, what do you think I could expect to get for it in todays market. Thanks

Just bought a 04 LS (DECKED OUT VERSION) 4X4 power everything, regular cab, 5 speed with a new clutch 98k miles for 7k. Very nice truck with no rust or dents and that was a 2500 HD. I would have to say 5k at best for your truck. Sorry but trucks are a tough sell right now. Later
