I just picked up an 1988 arctic cat jag 340 deluxe last weekend for $275.00 couldn't pass the deal up, however once I got it home and started fooling around with it, I noticed the fuel vent lines were all real briddle and would break upon touching them. Where can i find these lines to replace them? Would a dealer still carry these as the sled is an 1988?? Thanks in advance..

Match the ID up with anything...these are fuel VENT lines, not carry lines...any plastic hose will work...autoparts store has many of this too.

Like anonomoose said, just go to any dealership and tell them you need a piece of fuel line this size. They usually have a large roll of various size line, just measure how much you need and buy it their.

While u are doing that odds are the fuel lines aren't any better so I would replace them also.

1 more question. The oil supply line from the tank to the oil pump was also briddle and cracked when touching it. My question: OEM part for the oil line and fuel/oil vent tubes are 45 bux for supply line and 35 bux for vent lines. Could I just go to a auto part store and but lines there as long as the ID is the same? Just think thats a lot of money to spend on vent and oil lines..

don't forget to replace the pick up line inside the tank. Buddy had one fall apart in the tank an the 'dust' in the tank from the crumbled line got to the carbs and burned down one side. Won't be fun, but you better do it if the other lines are like that.
I can guarantee no oem is using non off the shelf lines.
