Interested in upgrading to an 06 600 fuse, I am aware there were some issues with the platform but was it just the 700,900 with the issues?
I was basically hoping someone could give me a run-down on the issues with the Fusion Platform
Thanks in advance!

Bought one just like that new the fall of 05. There are some factory recalls you need to get done (gas tank filler neck, throttle cable, one other small thing). Make sure the chain case cover has the bracket on it for sure. That's a must, otherwise the cover warps and you lose all the oil. No good.
All of the bad hype for the Fusion was because of the 2005 900. Bad vibration problems, broken motor mounts, etc. The big block performed awesome, and the Fusion suspension and body are incredible regardless of the motor trouble. Steering has always been something people bring up, but some simple changes can help that, if you find it's really a problem. Never was for me. They just steer a little hard. I happen to like that, feel more in control that way.
Seriously, you won't be disappointed at all with the Fusion 600. Great motor, quick sled, and fast (well most are fast, mine was a piggy when it came to top end, but I think mine was a rare case).
There is a long thread in here from just a month ago with lots more information. Search for it and you'll see all of the recall stuff, and some other supporting comments.

Anyone need info on how to deal with the 06 755RMK issues contact me. For around $1000 bucks of upgrades you can have a great sled with unlimited grunt. So buy low and upgrade it. The 700(755)/900 make great project sleds. If you get a carryover put on the extended warrenty. I love mine but it did need some help out of the box.
