I am interested in this ride. I don't know that I can stay that many days. I live in Indianapolis. I might even fly out have you take my sled or something. Give me the scoop. I got an 07 Attak 136" stock track and 144 Woody's with Pilot Ski's.

Interested in the cost and info on doing this ride. Also "cmharcou" I live in Indianapolis as well and do several trips each year to the UP with a buddy to do all off trail riding. We have the flexibility to chase snow and only ride during the week so if this is what your into give me a shout and maybe we could hookup on a trip to keep traveling costs down (I have a 4 place enclosed trailer). "Polarisrider1" I would also be interested in tagging along on a Wawa trip sometime, I have a place in Ontario over by Elliot Lake/Manitoulin Island area and have wanted to do some riding around Wawa and then head east to my neck of the woods. My email is info@indianafishingadventures.com

skeedoo, Elliot Lake has some great boondocking to the North. We usually stay at the Laurentian Lodge and ride North on the millions of unplowed logging roads.

You ready for some sweet early season powder? Straight to the bottom, no base. Gotta love the pow.

If anyone has any question on the tml trip in december. Fire away!!!

Hey Jacob, Glad to see you here!! Welcome to JD land! Sled is ready to go! Just going to polish the tunnel with some magic cleaner I bought at Novi show. Everything else I tweaked during the summer. Bringing the 755 RMK 151 this time and Dougs bluedoo 800summit 146.

MOMS and the mud and snow express are ready to roll out to TML and tear up some December powder. We are still adding riders too. Check out the details.

Your all ready to go? Awe no, just pulled mine out of the trailer. All busted, bent and broken from last season. Many, many things to fix, hopefully a few goodies to add too. Bringing the long boy huh, 151. So you gonna let the boy beat on the other one? Bet he likes that father son time though. I know I dig it.

As you know Jacob, Cody does beat the sleds pretty hard when I am buying them. He's a big boy now (19) If he wants to go it will be his dime. (I will help him a little). He said that He don't mind riding in the "Time Machine" (as we call it)catching up on sleep and playing cards with the guys and watching the dozens of sled videos. The Switch/RMK motor is getting tired of all that lugging me or him up the Mountain activity. I am retiring it to Michigan boon docking in the Irons area.

Wyane,
Ya I get ya. I am definately guilty of beating on mine differently than the old mans. Tell Cody, I said Hi. Hope we can keep him company on the way out while yall fly. After spending 300+ hours in the time machine last winter. I am looking forward to the relaxing road trip, sleeping, watchin vids and playing the ps2 in the extened sleeper on the way out. Its always a blast meeting and hanging with the clientel on the way out west.

Anyways Cody wants to go. He picked up another job 2 days ago. He is a framers helper during the day and assembles car mirrors at night for Magna. He just unloade his girlfriend, sotat should help him save money for the real fun, Togwotee Riding!! hey John the revise is not working? nash will get me good this time.

Hey, polarisrider1, there's a difference between offering sound technical advice on the use of hyperlinks in this forum and occasional gentle teasing on matters of spelling!

Case in point:
"You have to misspell alot to get his attention."
As you did here?
That would be "a lot". There's no such word as "alot" in the English language! http://www.johndee.com/discuss/clipart/happy.gif
(Yeah, I'm just wicked!)

My excuse is the Revise was not working. I even let John know about it. I suspect the chili dog I ate over the key board the other day did not help. Thanks for letting me off eady frnash. p.s. you missed a few things. misspell and sotat. lol

"Revise [Edit Post] was not working."
Dat musta been a 'pigment' of your 'magination, 'cuz it seems to be working now.

Looks like snow forcasted on the week we pull in. I am not worried. Matt call in OCTOBER to say, just say, not 'rub it in', that they were headed up to ride. The earliest for him ever. The snow is there. Departure, ten days, 10 hours, twenty five minutes and 3 seconds.........

Just talked with matt again, they have been riding every weekend. There is tons of base plus they are getting fresh this weekend and next week. Check the NOAA weather page.
Matt, would tell us if it were scary. It will be fine.

Jacob, spoke with Ricky Bobby (your old man). I let him know to save my room. Doug and I are sitting on the fence waiting for more snow. I know last 3 yrs. I went with you it had been good at this time. But, We are going out again Jan.12-19 to Lava Mtn., And I want to do Hill climb week in March also with you guys. Sounds like the truck is filling up nicely. Rick gave me until Tuesday on the room. I am going up to Irons Saturday (tomorrow) and bring sled and gear home just so I am ready for the snow to fly at Togwotee. It is snowing pretty good here. 12" at Grand Valley, MI 6" at my house.

Jacob, put me down for hill climb week in March. 2 guys so far. Cody moved back home. I told him start saving, poor kid he just drools when I talk about going. I told him he can ride the Switchback/conversion. March riding is the best in Togwotee. I like the longer days.

7 or more of us from the central illinois ditch riders are heading west jan 2nd. starting out at rabbit ears pass, over to ghould (back side of grandlake) then up to sawmill at dubois (togwootee area) 2 weeks or so for most of the group but a couple of us are going to spend most of january out west.
