What eventually worked for me was to Cut & Paste the User Name and Password. Not sure why, but it worked the first time I tried that.

We can't help unless we know your username, once we have that we can reset your password and send you an e-mail.

Your checking the box to "remember me"?

This is saving a cookie on your computer to make it remember you, so if this is not working it has to do with how your computer is saving cookies, may need to adjust security settings on your computer.
