Thanks for sharing the clip. I'm heading up on Wednesday to Houghton/ Hancock area and slidding north. They probably don't have the bridge ready for sled passing but by any chance did you notice if they have?

Yes, not a problem. Your carbides pay a little. Just go slow when you go across.

Driving home to chi town after a great 4 days of great riding hougton hancock south range two and a half ft between south range and houghton trails are starting to get packed down real nice as of this morning

What ever u do stay of 122 towards gay so much open swamps ans rough as **** 17 to calumet was great and the bill nichols was rough goin north till lake linden south outta houghton was fairly good about 60 mile south was good

What ever u do stay of 122 towards gay so much open swamps ans rough as **** 17 to calumet was great and the bill nichols was rough goin north till lake linden south outta houghton was fairly good about 60 mile south was good

So I am thinking bout leaving Chi_town tonight, with the new snow the trip will be worth it, good conditions? (Any trip sledding is worth it)

Yeah worth the trip totally but wn cadiiac should be great with a ft of system snow coming and will save u about 6 hrs lol were heading to indian river this thurs the groomers r running there

sidehillr: i am thinking about going up to the big mac bridge from gaylord this weekend...im likeing all the forecasted snow but those winds will blow all that snow off the rail bed if they gust as high as they say hopefully we have a great first weekend...let the season begin

You mean Indian River in the northern part of Lower MI?
