Are groomers going to be out by the weekend? How is it crossing the Houghton bridge if the mat is not down yet?

You can ride across the bridge without the matt, I did it last year, you just go slow and try and keep the skis off the metal grates by leaning back on yout sled as much as you can. From the reports I've been reading you can ride the trails.

I heard that the mat is not down but you can cross slowly. The mat might be down in the next couple weeks with the snow removal that will be going on. The groomers should be out after the big snow system goes thru and the trails should be packed down with the sled traffic like they have been waiting on. Just info that has been relayed on to me.
I was going to head out tomorrow morning but decide other wise waiting for sunday morning or monday.......

Excellent, Thank u....if we decide to trailer south of the bridge, where can we drop truck and trailer just over the bridge?
