08 rev xp tnt 3500 rpm holds for 5-8 secs

my daughter bought a used rev xp 500 tnt, engine is 600 cc carbureted mikuni's when warmed up , idle hangs at 3500 rpm when coming to stops, 5-8 secs if you blip throttle it comes down, i have tryed slowing base idle down to no avail, throtlle cable is not too tight. can i adjust air bleed screw rich or lean? any knowns out there? im sorry i am a yammi guy

i think it has to do with the mikuni carbs...my 600 Popo does the same thing with Mikuni carbs
it shouldn't be anything to worry about

you can try to turn the fuel screws to 2 turn out, it may help. But, it is pretty normal to hang there, very common on the TNT
