bedroom don't have all the beds in yet but I am going over there tomorrow to assemble the rest of them add will post pics tomorrow. bed 1 sleeps 1 on a queen, bed 2 sleeps 3 with a bunk and a single, same for bed 3. Also have a nice Lazy Boy sofa sleeper in the living room, possible sleep another on the additional couch. So you can sleep 8 comfortably with a 9th on a couch
