For Sale is a 1999 Rinker 212 Captiva Bow Rider. I am the 2nd owner and have owned the boat for 5 years. When I bought it they said it had approximately 150 hours. I am guessing now that it has 250 hours. I have never had any problems with the boat. Oil changed and winterized every year. Stored indoors. Just put all new gauges in. It will need a prop, it is still usable but is dinged up a little bit. I also think that the impeller will need to be changed before next season. I had it done the second season I used it. It has the 5.7 Mercury motor. Trailer is tandem with 5 new tires last season, and is in mint condition. The boat itself has some minor scratches, nothing out of the ordinary for it's age. It does not have the bench seat in the back, it is the back to back captain chairs with the two seats next to the engine compartment that can be lowered to use as chairs or raised to make a "sun deck". The ONLY reason it is for sale is because we are looking for a deck boat. If you have one of equal value and would like to trade that is an option to. I am asking $12,500.00 for the boat and trailer. It also has a new winter cover and has the regular snap cover for the front and back of the boat. It is a real good boat. 815-474-8222 / 2mjs@comcast.net

This late in the season you may just want to trade it in on a deck boat. I have a 2001 Sea Ray 310 Sundancer you can have. just take the payment book and it's yours. Bank approval required. It is fully loaded with all the goodies. 10-11 yrs. to go on payments. very low interest rate.

Are you serious? This one has a very high 5 figure balance. Go to my boating pics on profile page.

Although I love John Dee, I'm sure there are better sites to advertise a boat on. Try Walleye Central, and Lakelink, and of course Craigslist, if you haven't already.

What are you looking at as far as a new boat?

We are looking at a 24ft Deck boat. Need more room for the kids so she wanted a pontoon but I talked her into a deck boat so we can still ski and tube. Do you have anything like that on your lot? Willing to trade?

You can ski and tube behind a pontoon, my 24 foot tri tune runs about 52 mph, plenty fast for skiing. my old 24 ft with a 115 merc ran 32 also plenty fast for skiing.

Check out nauticstar boats for all fiber glass deck boats. Hurricane, Starcraft, Bayliner & Tahoe all use wood ...kinda old in tooth construction & tech. Outboards better than than inboards all new inboards after Jan 1 2011 need cayts for EPA resulting in higher cost less power, less mpg :( New Outboards very little end of season maintenance. :)
