I have a nice lot located 7 miles east of Grayling on Stephan Bridge rd. about a 1/4 mile south of the Au Sable river. This property has approx. 150' of frontage on the road and is 650' deep, all wooded with mostly pines and a few hardwoods. There is a road in that runs to the back of the property and power has been run to the back of the property. The property is level and has a nice building sight about 2/3 of the way towards the back.

I bought this property about 6 years ago with plans to build a vacation home but have since divorced and my plans have changed. My asking price is $10,000 which is less than I paid for it, I would consider a land contract with $2500.00 down on a 3 year balloon.

I went and looked at this last year. It's a nice flat wooded piece right on a quiet paved road with electric feet away from a nice cleared building spot or back in a trailer. There is a nice little store right down the street and it's minutes from Grayling.

I wish I had the money as I would make him an offer.
