you are so right I am only going to pickle 1 jar and keep the rest for Fish Fry, but it's a good honey hole so I'm hoping to get another :)

I got some of ur jam jars, maybe I can drop them off this winter! I still haven't bought a Mich sticker this year as most snow has been west of here in Wisconsin.Nice fish ,congrats, I used to pickle just the piece left over after u take y bones out and top loin ! good on crackers with creme cheese !!
