Why cant I see pics anymore

i can't see thumbnails and when i click on the image details i get this message,
"you do not have permission to perform this action please refresh the page and login before trying again."
I've never had this problem before. Refresh and log back is does not help.

Are you using internet explorer? It sounds like your cookies are not working correctly. Try resetting all your web settings, and clear out the cookies and temp files.
