Found GPS

I found a GPS Jan 30 2012. If you can tell me what make and model
And approx. location of where I found it.Ill ship it back to you.
I will have to make sure it is yours before I just send it off.So if you no some way points and maps in it that will be helpfull.

You might be able to find out whose it is by checking the favorites for a place called "Home". I have a Garmin Nuvi and I have my home address programmed in to make it easier to get a route from someplace back home. Just a thought.

I programmed my screen to show my home phone number incase something like this would happen. Also did the same to my Blackberry..

If they registered it, maybe the mfg could help get it back to the right person.

tough one there. you could also check the track logs. if the track is turned on or saved, you may be able to locate at least the city street. from there, a bit of detective work is needed. or , most gps units are registered with the company, if the end user registered it. contacting garmin, or whatever brand it is may help. If you do find "home" or a spot that is frequented, PM me the coordinates and i can help further.
