I am placing my house in Mass City, Michigan up for sale. I originally purchased as a second home for snowmobiling and four wheeling, but have since bought property I would like to build a new home on. There have been many structural updates to the home, and some cosmetic both inside and out as well. Almost all work was performed by Lenny, the same Lenny who is always posting on this site. If you have any questions on the home I'm sure in addition to myself he would be able to answer them also. Here are some of the things that have been done, and a few facts.
New drain tile around entire perimeter of house.
Plastic vapor barrier placed under crawlspace of house.
All foundation piers evaluated and repaired as needed.
All floor joists in question repaired or replaced.
New siding.
New windows.
New roof.
New insulation blown into ceilings.
New line out to sewer main.
Master bedroom completely gutted and redone.
Master bath gutted and redone.
New furnace motor.
New addition on home.
New large wood bin as seen in pictures.
Wood boiler, in need of repair or replacement - I patched leaks last fall but it's pretty bad now.
Large driveway with parking for four vehicles and trailers.
Snow removal for driveway included in taxes.
Taxes are around $500 annually.
House has two very large bedrooms and one smaller 10' X10' bedroom.
Additional storage/bedroom with lower ceiling upstairs - in peak of house.
Kitchen, living, dining, and bathrooms downstairs.
5 year old Colorado Blue Spruce around property line.
Several very large pine and a few apples trees.
City sewer with well water.
Been a good house and served it's purpose, time to move on. I am willing to take a look at all reasonable offers, so don't hesitate to send them.
