If they look like that whens he standing, how short are they when he sits down? He could possibly have frozen knee caps.

Must be sporting a mean wedgie with those on, maybe see if the shoulder straps can be opened up some.

just cut 6" off the sleves of the jacket and sew them to the bibs, tell momma you need a couple hundred to buy the boy bibs and do a little "upgrade" on the sled. None the wiser and a big smile under your helmet!!
