Arctic Cat service rep??

Does anyone know if and how you can contact a service rep? I am having trouble finding a dealer in my area that will listen to me. Cat NEEDS to step up on a warrenty issue and no one wants to be bothered with me. Very frustrating!!

Although Michelle is helping you already you will still need to find a dealer in Illinois or the Midwest which will do the work if they cover it under warrenty. Michelle at Oregon Trail Sports is great to work with and will bend over backwards for her customers.

I highly suggest Route 12 Rental in Arlington Heights, they are by far the best Arctic Cat dealer I have worked with in Illinois. Also, they are very supportive of this site

This is the primary reason I left, and would never go back to Arctic Cat again. Had a very problematic T-Cat in 1994 and dealers could do nothing to solve multiple problems.
