Best map

Looking for recommendations on topography map for off trail riding in the snowy range, wyoming. any suggestions? waterproof paper maps, not really interested in CD.

Your best bet is a GPS with a topo.

Go to the ranger station or the Wyoming DNR website yaa can order them there.I got mine from the website.

USGS has a map viewer that you can overlay what ever you want.

I ordered mine from Lowrance web site. Check the web site of the unit you have. Not cheap. just west of Togwotee to just east of Lava Mtn. and just north of Brooks lake to out in the middle of no where to the south. Roughly 40 miles wide by 30 miles tall. was $60.00. It works as an overlay.
