View Full Version : Maybe my last round of golf in the Keweenaw

Played nine holes after I bailed from work and it was cool and windy...I'd say about 45 or so and as long as I was walking it was ok.
I took a few shots to try and catch the color but it wasn't as prevalent as I was hoping.. Lower elevations have a ton more color..

m8man: That course looks pretty tight. Are you going to tell use your score ? Which course is that ?

It is the Calumet Golf Club in the Keweenaw..I actually played two balls and one I shot 36(par)and the other I shot 37 (two bogeys, one birdie).

I used to play a ton of golf and most of it tourney type, I've laid off the golf and only played once a week or so for the last couple of years but got back into the groove this year and started taking lessons and practicing too..It really helped get my handicap back down.. The course is actually pretty open for some wayward tee shots...(usually only on the left of the fairways!!)
