Ring around the moon?

last night there was a ring around the moon, is there anything weather related with this condition? was very beautiful!

The ring is caused by ice crystals in the atmosphere. Usually this is a sign that a storm is approaching, although in the case of last night I think it was just a case of the storm passing to your south.
