Need help posting a trail map

i use microsoft streets and trips to draw trail maps than i use control +print screen to capture it then i put in onto an excel sheet.

is there a simpler way to do this so i can post it on the site for people

Do what your doing but paste it into paint and save it as a jpg. Small file and won't need excel to open it.

Convert it straight from Microsoft^&#174; Streets &amp; Trips - no screen captures.
