Can't log in

We can't log in either of us I'm sledneck and my son is kingston_phazer. What are we doing wrong? Now it won't let me post in here either it says my username already exists. I tried clicking the forgotten password even though I know my password and still can't get through.

I tried to change my password nut it is telling me that my password that automatically comes up is wrong and it won't let me change. I tried to type in the one that was sent from JD.com but that doesn't work either.
