    Default What is El Niņo?

    I just found a great narrative description (and slide show) of the El Niņo phenomenon on the Flagstaff, AZ NWS site. Click here for the slide show.

    This presentation is primarily focused on El Niņo effects on Arizona, but it is an outstanding description of the phenomena in general terms as well!
