Rush oil consumption

I made some quick checks on oil useage on my Rush, (have 300 miles on it), the ratio is coming out spooky lean on oil, (about like my 07 600IQ when they had the mis-adjusted oil pumps from the factory. Will get the actual ratio nailed down after a couple tanks of gas. Anyone else seeing this??

my new 09 600 switch is just the opposite. After 150 miles and 1.5 gals of oil it's back at the dealer. Sounds like some are not coming out of the factory with the proper oil pump adjustments. I was told they're supposed to be a little harder on oil for the first 300 miles or so, then lean out. Call the service dept. at your dealer to get it checked out.

My wife's 09 switch is a oil guzzler too. About 150 miles and get the oil light. Has about 1100 miles now and no difference. My 07 switch uses about half the oil. PTO side went down on the 16th, but dealer said lack of oil not the cause.
