Dish network/direct tv/cable
Any bar with a satelite dish on the roof. Ask nicely for the GB channel, drink a lot of their beer. Do you miss Brett ?

Packer game
Even though I'm a Vikings fan, I'm a regular of the Hurley establishments as I only live across the border in Ironwood...If you want to watch the Pack play I would recommend the Iron Horse on Silver St(main st)...if not there, both Spiders and Beer Barrel are also Packer bars...all within a couple blocks of each other...hope I've helped...if you go to Iron Horse, tell Bill that Jackal sent ya...I may even be there...

coldbear, I miss Brett's ability on the field, not the drama off the field. sure was and still is fun to watch him play!! can't complain with A-rod though!

Trails
There are good trails on both sides of the border, depending on how many trail stickers you would like to purchase. Both Michigan and Wisconsin trails seem to be in great condition and I guess its all just based on a preference of how much riding, or possibly how much stopping at local establishments that you would like to do. Some trails go miles without a bar, restaurant, etc. and some have stops all over the place.

Watched the game last Sunday at the Munch. Good place, owner is cool ****. The chicken wings are awesome, let alone the taco's everyone knows about.

If you're talking about the Basement Bar in Oma, it is no longer open... also, if you're looking for a bar with food, Spiders and Beer Barrel do not have a grill but will have the game on... The Iron Horse does have food... excellent burgers and Nachos Grande... they are the unofficial Packer bar in Hurley... the Munch is a fun bar with great food too, but there are times they allow the jukebox to be played during games and i'm not into that... Bear Chasers would be a decent option too if you're planning on being out on the trail, but they are outside of Hurley and I was only thinking of the bars in town...
