We received about 3 inches of fluffy snow this week. We groomed our trails from Alpine ave south to where it "T's" with Monroe Center trails south of Beaver. The trails north of Alpine will be groomed Friday morning. Monre Center are grooming their trails today. Wood county trails are closed at this time so do not head north towards Kellner. The trails took a good groom today with some icy spots and 1 or 2 small bare spots where the sun has beat down on it. Trails are in good shape at this time. We are supposed to have cold nights which will help the trails set over night however the next few days are forcast to be sunny with temps in the high 20's to low 30's. Not sure how well the trails will hold up with the sun and traffic.

Conditions have changed quickly. The sun has not been friendly to the trails. There are still good areas to be found but there are also some thin and bare spots. The woods are good but sunny areas are changing hourly. Most clubs will not be doing any more grooming unless we get some significant snow.
