95 Polaris Xplorer 400 4x4 - testing fan

I have the above liquid cooled ATV and the radiator fan doesn't seem to kick in. The hoses get pretty hot but still no fan.

What tests do I perform to see if its a sensor or something else?

I would try and find a Polaris forum or check out Nyrocs. My question is - has it worked or run before?

1.) Check the Fuse.
2.) With the key on, bypass the sending unit to see if the fan turns on. If the fan turns on, then it is the sensor.


Are both hoses hot to the touch? You could have a thermostat sticking
