If any are looking for a great, clean place to stay near Rockland, Peppermill Lodging ia a great place to stay. They have a total of 6 units availble for rent by the day, weekly or monthly. The trail is close to all their units and you can ride right to the trail from all of them. Henrys is also close to all the units. The cost is $30 per person. Each unit has plenty of parking for multiple trailers. Included in your stay is access to a fully tooled and heated shop free of charge to repair your sleds. Darrell and Cindy are great host that will help you out in any way. Attached are some pictures of some of their houses. Please give them a call and see what is available. I know their units are filling up quickly.
Peppermill are great. Darrel and Cindy have nice houses to stay at. You do not have to worry about the snoring or drunken neighbors in the room next door. Unless that is your buddies. Very clean and loaded with fully functioning kitchens. All that you supply is the food.
We just stayed there last weekend. Excellent place. For $30 a person, you cant beat it. Very clean, comfy beds, lots of room. I would recommend everytime. Nice people too, shot the breeze with Darrell couple times.

I found the keys for snowhut 1 in my coat pocket. I can either mail them too you, or unless you have some regulars coming up from southern WI I can give the keys to them. Whatever you prefer. Sorry about this.

Stayed at Peppermill a couple of years back and had a great experience. We had a broken suspension part on a 90 Indy 500 and Daryl took it in his heated shop and welded it right up. He also gave us the "local" tour by snowmobile which was awesome! I highly recommend. Also, cant beat Henry's smorgasbord in town...yummy.
Stayed last yr for a couple of nights, also needed some repairs & the heated large shop sure did help. I would have to say very clean & accomadating. Would stay again, just trying to find the time.
Excellent palce to stay. very clean, warm, cozy, roomy, quiet. heated shop for repairs. Darrell and Cindy will take care of you. New snow hut #1 is nice. We love the entryway for all gear. a+
