Chad was able to get my brothers snowmobile right in and installed ice scratchers. We headed north after that and had a great time. These guys are awesome at getting your sled in and getting you back to having fun. By the way, we also called his his Dad (Pat's Yamaha) about having scratchers installed and he was willing to get it right in also. GREAT PEOPLE!!!!

X2, My buddy had a belt go on his F7 last weekend and the rollers on the secondary and Pat's had a belt and Chad brought down some rollers that night and dropped off at Pat's for us so we could get back out riding the next morning. Great people to deal with and always there for you when you need them.

You just don't find them any better than Chad at M & M! He has help me and my crew numerous times. He does ALL of my service work and we buy our sleds there or Pat's because of the way they take care of their customers.

Thank you everybody. It's hard to take care of everybody and with the difficult times the family is having this year I know my patients have run short at times. Four of us from downstate the first of Feb were staying in Greenland and we had a little trouble(rear wheels and bearings) and PATS in Greenland came to our rescue within 20 minutes and we were on our way. What a great crew
