What does someone need to get a Camera setup on the NCN?

I'm wondering how someone goes about setting up another location for the NCN?

All you need to do is get a cam up and running and posting to the internet somewhere and then send me the web address of the cam and I will take care of things on my end.

Keep in mind, I like to keep the cams in the network reserved to the Northwoods or better yet, areas where folks have to travel a meaningful distance to get to, rather than showing what conditions are like in the backyards of the major metro areas or areas where folks do not have to travel very far to get to.
