The Engine, clutching, gearing, suspension are all improved and work perfect.
-Engine has trick head, runs on low octane gas with 125 lbs compression.
-Carborator is clean and polished, jetted up mid range and Thunder Products Dial-a-jet added.
-Clutches are clean and polished, trick spring, ramp and Thunder Products rollers 2 mm oversized.
-Secondary clutch has custom tuning element for improved back shifting and runs max 1103 big belt.
-Chain case is cleaned and polished, geared down from 13/24 to 12/24.
-Suspension has been reworked, cleaned/greased for 100% improvement is travel and ride.
-Shocks,leafs and 4"carbides in great shape.
This sled won't disappoint, it side hills on 2" of snow. It floats accross 3' of powder in swamps and gets 15 mpg.
$1200 may seem like a lot of money, but this is better than a new machine in many ways.
I can reduce the price by taking off $80 to $300 worth of bolt ons and selling it stock.
