    Default Laurium Glacier

John what's with the Laurium Glacier I know it's not a real glacier. Whats the reason it stays around so long. One last thing.do you know if any one has pics of it from an aircraft?
You know just to see what it looks like in April from up high.

It's just a very large natural snow drift that forms at the edge of a field an a roadside gully. It actually sits in the full sun almost all day, which makes it's longevity even more impressive.

I do not know of any aerial shots of it, but as long as it sticks around for, it really is not that large. Probably 150-200 feet long and 20-30 feet wide.
