    The fish were so confused in northern WI I'm not sure what happened during spawning. 60s & 70s in March followed by a cold April had fish in beds then back out & back in so I don't know what the heck happened? If I don"t see a bunch of minnows soon the spawn was a bust.

    awesome glad to hear it! It was beautiful swimming at Saxon harbor just West of the Wi/Mi border last year. One of the warmest places to swim are the shallow areas east of the break wall at Black River Harbor in the Western UP.
