    Default A nice find.

My dad ask me to help him and a friend at his lake house do a few things saw these sleds in boat house. So I asked whats with the old sleds his friend said to me take them out of here they are yours just get them out of here. So I took them.
They been sitting 20 years in boat house. They are belived to be a 76 deer and 82 doo. I have to stop by dads friend house this week to pick up papers and owner mans. I must say they are super clean just need some tlc and cleaning. Looks like the doo will need a track right away. The deer has 545 miles. Im the second owner now. I was told they were only riden on a small lake just outside of east troy WI. Anyone know anything about these sleds?

I took a few minutes to take a closer look at these sleds. Before I try to start these Im going to clean the carbs replace the fuel lines and filters. There is no gas in these sleds dont know if they had drained or just dried up but does have the bad gas smell. So I will clean the gas tanks out before starting. I also took plugs out put some oil down cylinder pulled over few times just to coat it a little.
Should i just go ahead and replace fuel pump or rebuild? Is there anything to do about the seals in motor? Do they dry up? What else should I do before starting? Just want to do these right they are pretty darn clean.
