I am in the market for a new helmet this year. Any deals in the past on helmets?

2 years ago they had great deals on the BV2S. I think it is a bit hit or miss, depends on what the vendors bring with them but there have been good deals in the past.

Ebay Fly helmets kinetic energy model just picked one up for $69.99 most are running $89.99. My second Fly helmet and I like it alot!

I bought My wife and flip up Modular one made by G-MAX and its turned out to be real nice. I picked it up for 120 at the Novi Show last year. It was the GM44S. I know above you said your looking at an open face so you might want to take a look at the GM37Xit is and open face or closed face. It might offer some versatility.

i've seen lots of great deals on helmets at the milwaukee snow show. but, i've never needed a new helmet until it breaks in the middle of the season so i've never bought one at the show before

Modular II's were selling for $220.00 new last year at the Milwaukee show. Always lots of deals their.

What kind of helmet do you want?

I got a HJC CL-MAX for $119 from Shade Tree a couple years ago.

I just ordered a 509 Helmet and Goggle combo. It looks like a good deal. You have to order soon though to get the free shipping and $25 off the goggles.


Evolution Helmet

I love that Evolution helmet but I was hoping to be under $100.

I already have a set of goggles and was going to look for another set at the show.

I know you will be able to get any CL-X5N HJC for $100 at the Bristow's booth. $165 gets you the helmet, breath box, quck straps, and a set of goggles. Take a look at the Royale graphic, it is awesome! Don't wait too long to buy though as I know how fast these things sold at Haydays for this price.
